Is this class for me?

If you're seated all day, have general lower back aches, or just love Pilates, this is a great session for you!

I have injuries - can I join?

Of course! We will discuss any injuries before the session starts to ensure you gain the most from this experience!

Do I need to be in a studio?

Not at all - from your living room or a park is just fine!

Can I leave my camera off?

For the safety of yourself and the others in the session, we require all cameras to be on. It's a very safe space :)

When do bookings open?

You can book in a month before the class :)
